Exchange & Return

• Any irregularities in the print are because our fabrics are hand block printed with love and all is fair in love and war! On a serious note though, hand block printing entails minor irregularities in print. That is how you know that the garment is unique. These won’t be considered as basis for return.
• It’s unlikely, but in case you find holes in our clothes or other major manufacturing defects, or wrong size/item was sent to you as per the order details then return/refund will be accepted.
• If you want the product to be successfully returned, we request you to please return the products in their original packaging.
• You can’t fool us, we will know when our product is used, laundered or customer damaged. So, if you try to pull these tricks on us it will not work and we will NOT accept returns of such products.
• Items on sale, once sold are sold for good. These products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If you wish to return our product because you changed your mind about it, then you will have to bear the returning cost.
• If the wrong size, wrong product, or damaged product was sent then we will cover the cost of delivering replacement products within India.

 Cancellation 

• To have mutual respect for each other’s time and efforts, we can allow the cancellation of orders only before the order is shipped. If you do cancel your order in this stage, the refund will be credited to your account within 8-10 business days.
