Shipping Policy

  • Fresh Lime Soda doesn’t have a passport yet, so we only fly domestic to deliver our orders.
  • However, if you live abroad or want to send our clothes to someone living abroad, we will consider getting our passports and figure out a way to deliver the products. To discuss the details, you can email us or be informal and WhatsApp us.
  • Just like the free extra masala on Fresh Lime Soda, we provide free standard shipping for orders above Rs. 2999/- across India.
  • Orders below Rs 2999/- will be charged Rs. 100/- for shipping across India.
  • Our contacts with India’s leading logistics providers are super tight. So be rest assured that we have a majority of Indian pin codes covered. No matter how far you live, we will climb mountains and swim oceans to deliver our package of comfort and happiness.
  • Just in case, you live in an absolutely inaccessible part of India, and your pin code/destination becomes impossible to reach, then your order will get cancelled and your money will be refunded.

 Delivery Time

  • We aim to dispatch our packages in 3 working days from our facility. In times when life throws lemons at us, it may take us 5 working days.
  • By life throwing lemons at us, we mean the rise in global warming which has led to crazy monsoons, or the ever-changing pandemic restrictions and reasons alike.
  • If you’ve placed a customised order then the order will take extra time to ship because ours is not a machine dispensed lemon soda can, it’s gourmet Fresh Lime Soda made with organic ingredients. Just know, good quality things always take time. You will get the ETD (Estimated time of dispatch) at the time of placing your order.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we will climb mountains, swim oceans, follow lockdown restrictions, sometimes get misguided by the GPS but eventually find the right way and reach your location in 2-6 days to deliver the order.
  • Like we mentioned earlier, sometimes, life unexpectedly throws lemons at us or our circumstances. So, there may be a delay in delivery during major festivals, peak shopping periods, heavy monsoons or bad weather.
  • If pandemic takes another swing at us, and the lockdown restrictions change on us, then our logistics operators may have a hard time in delivering your order on time. In difficult times we must stand in solidarity and cut some slack.
  • Our delivery partners may ask for your autograph or an OTP while delivering the order. Please don’t freak out, we are your fans but we also care about keeping proofs of our interactions.
  • If you ask nicely, the delivery partner will hand over the package to your friend/family on your behalf.
  • Once the package is delivered to the right address and is received by you or your friend/family/acquaintance/neighbour/anyone residing at the given address, we will consider it as successful delivery and order fulfilment.
  • If the parcel looks unhappy and unpleasant, torn, damaged or tampered with then please do not accept it or let it enter your house.
  • Once the order sets sail, in this case, dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address. Our horses are one directional.
